Inside the Bindery

Physical collateral built by hand

Trestle Print Studio operates out of a dedicated Pacific Northwest workshop where traditional mechanical bindery meets high-contrast operational typography.

Studio Fabrication

Machinery and archival materials

The workshop houses restored cast-iron platen presses alongside modern digital foil stampers and programmable hydraulic paper cutters. Every project runs through individual mechanical setup, ensuring strict register tolerance on heavy board weights and durable synthetic covers.

We partner directly with family-owned domestic mills to source uncoated cotton stocks, spill-resistant library bookcloths, and architectural brass plate. Direct production control eliminates middleman delays and guarantees that each hospitality binder or dietary tray sleeve withstands years of heavy daily handling.
